The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.<br \/>\n2. The delivery deadline will range among 15-20 working days from\u00a0the Order Confirmation.<br \/>\n3. On Saturday, sunday and bank holidays Abanicos Vibenca will not deliver or send any order.<br \/>\n4. If the purchased product arrives later than the expected day, there will not be cancelation or compensation.<br \/>\n5. The product will be considered delivered at the reception of the package and the signature of the deliver document. The checking of the product conditions will be responsability of the customer at the reception of the item. If the product is not in good conditions, it will be necessary to indicate all the anomalies in the delivery receipt.<br \/>\n6. Delivery charges:<br \/>\n\u2022 National delivery 8 \u20ac<br \/>\n\u2022 Baleares 15 \u20ac<br \/>\n\u2022 Abroad delivery 20 \u20ac<br \/>\n\u2022 Canarias 20 \u20ac<br \/>\n7. In case of retentions at Customs, the charges will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n<p>8. Deliveries will be sent by courier 24h N.L.R.<\/p>\n<h2>Returns Policy<\/h2>\n<p>You may return your order for defect or breakage\u00a0up to 7 days from the date on which you receive the product.\u00a0The right to return will not apply to those products that are personalized or that for reasons of hygiene or other exceptions legally contemplated are not subject to repayment.<\/p>\n<p>In order to return your fan you have to know that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The product may be returned on its original conditions (not used, manipulated or opened). The fan returned may arrive in perfect conditions and on its original packaging, including warantees, tags,&#8230; All the return charges will be borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Abanicos Vibenca can not be held responsible for shipments confiscated by Customs or other similar entities. This kind of charges will be borne by the customer too.<\/li>\n<li>If the payment implies commisions, Abanicos Vibenca will not paid them.<\/li>\n<li>If an order is canceled and the cancellation request arrives before the goods are shipped, the customer will not have any shipping costs.\n<div id=\"tw-target-text-container\" class=\"tw-ta-container tw-nfl\"><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All the returns must be authorised by Abanicos Vibenca. The customer has to contact us indicating the order number and the return reasons (optional).
