1. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.
2. The delivery deadline will range among 15-20 working days from the Order Confirmation.
3. On Saturday, sunday and bank holidays Abanicos Vibenca will not deliver or send any order.
4. If the purchased product arrives later than the expected day, there will not be cancelation or compensation.
5. The product will be considered delivered at the reception of the package and the signature of the deliver document. The checking of the product conditions will be responsability of the customer at the reception of the item. If the product is not in good conditions, it will be necessary to indicate all the anomalies in the delivery receipt.
6. Delivery charges:
• National delivery 8 €
• Baleares 15 €
• Abroad delivery 20 €
• Canarias 20 €
7. In case of retentions at Customs, the charges will be borne by the customer.
8. Deliveries will be sent by courier 24h N.L.R.
You may return your order for defect or breakage up to 7 days from the date on which you receive the product. The right to return will not apply to those products that are personalized or that for reasons of hygiene or other exceptions legally contemplated are not subject to repayment.
In order to return your fan you have to know that:
- The product may be returned on its original conditions (not used, manipulated or opened). The fan returned may arrive in perfect conditions and on its original packaging, including warantees, tags,… All the return charges will be borne by the customer.
- Abanicos Vibenca can not be held responsible for shipments confiscated by Customs or other similar entities. This kind of charges will be borne by the customer too.
- If the payment implies commisions, Abanicos Vibenca will not paid them.
- If an order is canceled and the cancellation request arrives before the goods are shipped, the customer will not have any shipping costs.
All the returns must be authorised by Abanicos Vibenca. The customer has to contact us indicating the order number and the return reasons (optional). Once you have received your request, we will inform you by email of the steps to follow.
The refund of the amount will be made by the same channel that the customer did the payment within a maximum of 10 days from the reception of the product in our stockage.
